Requirements
- 5–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting
- Exposure to Private Equity environments including investor reporting and covenant tracking
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial statement preparation experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems NetSuite preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Day to day
- Oversee the full accounting function and lead the month-end close process to ensure timely accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements while maintaining compliance with accounting standards company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with finance leadership external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve controls processes systems and team performance.
