Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close ownership
- Prior experience in a SaaS software or technology company
- Required strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with AP AR reconciliations and general ledger activities
- Experience with commission accounting and administration preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and ADP strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Day to day
- Own the monthly quarterly and year-end close processes and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP AR commissions and general ledger activity
- Partner closely with the CFO and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen reporting controls and support financial stability
