Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in GAAP with the ability to manage various accounting functions.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial planning and analysis.
• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication abilities.

What the job involves

• Supervise General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) staff mentoring them for growth.
• Responsible for the monthly-close activities and preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze financial performance including expenses operations and profitability to guide business decisions.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets providing rolling forecasts and creating ad-hoc reporting metrics.
