Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 2+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience managing month-end close and account reconciliations
  • CPA preferred
  • Public accounting experience preferred

Day to day

  • Oversee daily accounting operations for a multi-entity organization with a strong focus on accuracy and control.
  • Lead the monthly quarterly and annual close process and ensure timely preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.
  • Partner closely with FP&A payroll tax and operational teams while mentoring accounting staff and driving process improvements.
