Requirements
- 6+ years in accounting controllership or finance operations with end-to-end close and reporting ownership
- Prior experience in web3 crypto companies exchanges or crypto-heavy operations
- Strong technical accounting foundation with IFRS or GAAP-level knowledge
- Multi-entity accounting experience across multiple jurisdictions
- Crypto-native accounting experience with wallets exchanges reconciliations audit trails and controls
- Strong documentation discipline and high integrity
- Comfort operating in a lean high-ownership environment
- Excellent written communication for non-finance stakeholders
- Xero experience mandatory
- Cryptio experience mandatory

Day to day
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across multiple entities with accuracy and speed
- Maintain the general ledger with journal entries accruals prepaids FX revaluation and supporting schedules while keeping audit-ready documentation
- Reconcile and classify crypto and fiat activity across wallets exchanges and bank accounts and produce clear management-ready reporting
