Who you are
- At least 2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree considered with 0-2 years' experience
- Experience using accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret various documents
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
- Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and use vision for computer work
- Must maintain a distraction-free home work environment

What the job involves
- Assist the accounting department with invoicing and accounting of funds for the organization
- Prepare and distribute invoices for various company segments
- Support Senior Controller and Assistant Controller with special projects and general clerical data entry
