Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems or related field
- CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting financial systems or finance transformation experience
- Experience leading ERP implementation or finance transformation projects
- Strong understanding of financial reporting month-end close consolidations and accounting operations
- Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as Workday SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Experience with OneStream Hyperion or other EPM or consolidation platforms preferred
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions financial integrations or ERP conversions strongly preferred
- Excellent project management communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Lead ERP and EPM implementation projects across finance and accounting functions in a global manufacturing environment
- Partner with Accounting Finance IT and external consultants to improve financial processes standardize workflows and optimize enterprise systems
- Manage data migration reporting testing training and post go-live support while driving acquisition integration and ongoing system enhancements
