Who you are
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar finance role
Comfortable with using ERP or procure-to-pay systems, experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Passionate about customer service and helping businesses succeed
Attention to detail and experience with AP Automation software is advantageous
What the job involves
Streamlining processes and onboarding new clients on the PLANERGY Purchasing and AP Automation platform
Conducting comprehensive training sessions for clients
Providing tailored recommendations for optimizing accounts payable processes
Acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
Collaborating with the product development team to improve solutions
