- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience with increasing responsibility
- Experience in property management or real estate strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with RealPage Yardi MRI or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of AP processes controls and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
