Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience with increasing responsibility
- Experience in property management or real estate strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with RealPage Yardi MRI or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of AP processes controls and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems

Day to day
- Lead the full-cycle accounts payable function with confidence and precision.
- Oversee invoice processing coding payments and vendor issue resolution while maintaining strong relationships.
- Drive compliance audit readiness and process improvements across accounting and property management workflows.
