Requirements

  • Accounts Payable with 7+ years of experience
  • AAS degree in Accounting preferred
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Excel required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with multi-company entities and inter-company reconciliations
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and well-developed time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP experience is preferred

Day to day

  • You will lead our Accounts Payable team and participate in the accounts payable processing part of the team.
  • This role will train and supervise a team in the accurate and timely processing of all expense and payments transactions.
  • You will recommend process improvements to increase business efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
