Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay experience with full-cycle AP ownership
- Experience with offshore shared-service GBS or BPO accounting teams preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP internal controls three-way match and 1099 reporting
- ERP experience required SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in high-volume multi-entity environments
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed hands-on and able to manage competing priorities
- Renewable energy or construction accounting experience and CPA or APM credentials are a plus

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for U.S. operations, including invoice processing approvals payments vendor setup and 1099 reporting.
- Oversee an offshore GBS accounting team providing direction review prioritization and escalation support to maintain quality and service levels.
- Support reconciliations accruals aging month-end close audit work and broader accounting tasks while driving process improvements and ERP enhancements.
