Requirements
- Strong Finance and Accounting skills with general ledger knowledge
- Experience with expense reports journal entries and accurate transaction coding
- Analytical skills to review financial data identify variances and solve issues
- Proficiency with accounting or ERP software spreadsheets and digital document tools
- Prior accounts payable or similar accounting experience preferred
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field preferred

Day to day
- Manage and process vendor invoices and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify invoice details code expenses and prepare journal entries for posting
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions resolve discrepancies and support month-end close
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain organized records while working independently in a remote setting
