• Efficiently handle Zendesk case queue

• Join our team, ensuring the financial health of our organization
• Achieve key performance indicators such as AR aging, DSO and AR past due
• Manage Zendesk tickets, collect on accounts, and use Tesorio for task management and notices
• Oversee customer cash, review accounts, and manage auto-pay accounts weekly
• Handle credit balance reviews, bad debt analysis, and customer portal reviews month-end and quarterly
• Serve as first point of contact for customer disputes, enhancing operational effectiveness
