Requirements
- 2+ years of AR related accounting experience or related billing/general accounting experience preferably in SaaS or high growth tech environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA or CPA-track a plus
- Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and general ledger accounting entries
- Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite Sage QuickBooks or similar
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Accurate thorough and organized with strong accountability
- Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset

Day to day
- Own customer and partner billing operations including invoicing payment application collections support and aging analysis
- Prepare account reconciliations for Revenue and AR related accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Support month end close audit requests process improvements and cross functional billing inquiries while maintaining accurate financial records
