- Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Braze and email, chat, app, and SMS campaigns
- Worked with US-based consumers/companies is a bonus
- Experience with niche customer segments in health/science
- Ideal to have DTC subscription and digital marketing experience
- Proficient in lifecycle/CRM programs and email marketing
- Strong analytical and A/B testing skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Previous experience managing direct and indirect reports
