Who you are

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in an activation, marketing, or similar role
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience working within the U.K. market, understanding local consumer behavior and trends
  • U.K. English-Speaking Skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media advertising)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign development
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and activation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the U.K.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving skills



What the job involves

  • Collaborate with the global social media manager to craft and localise engaging social media content (text, image, and video) tailored to the UK market
  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform the UK social media content plan
  • Lead the creation of local advertising campaigns for the UK market, including brief development, scripting, legal approval and content execution (video and image)
  • Identify and research relevant influencers within the UK market who align with the Impress brand
  • Support Marketing Manager to design and execute activation campaigns for improving activation rates and enhancing the user experience at clinics
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales team, and product development to ensure alignment of activation efforts with overall business objectives
  • Analyse the user activation journey and identify pain points in the user activation process and implement solutions to improve conversion and engagement
  • Lead by example and never stop improving
