Remote Advanced Support Engineer Job in United States Meridian Knowledge Solutions

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or demonstrated experience
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in web programming in a .NET environment using ASP.net, C#, SQL/PL-SQL, SQL Server, and strong XML knowledge
• Exposure to reporting suites

Desirables

• Communicate effectively with internal development teams
• Maintain high quality products in a deadline-driven production environment
• Experience with formal and informal leadership roles
• Experience with WCF/Web Services
• Third-party application integration/systems integration experience

What the job involves

• Maintain and support moderately complex applications and systems that are customized or standardized.
• Perform maintenance and testing activities for newly implemented and existing applications.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain software programming applications and systems to design and functional specifications using ASP.net, C#, and HTML programming languages.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve application problems.
• Use established tools and procedures for software source control.
• Participate in code and design reviews.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
