Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 4-8 years of experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of finance chargeback or rebates operations experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel Macro or Alteryx preferred
  • Experience with data analytics SQL and Tableau is a plus
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Day to day

  • Lead pricing transformation initiatives that improve customer pricing experience and reduce profit leakage
  • Analyze large dispute and chargeback data sets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with IT analytics operations and external stakeholders to design and implement process and system solutions
