Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- 4-8 years of experience preferred
- 2-4 years of finance chargeback or rebates operations experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with Excel Macro or Alteryx preferred
- Experience with data analytics SQL and Tableau is a plus
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Day to day
- Lead pricing transformation initiatives that improve customer pricing experience and reduce profit leakage
- Analyze large dispute and chargeback data sets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with IT analytics operations and external stakeholders to design and implement process and system solutions
