3+ years’ experience with Agile Project Management (preferably in SaaS company)
Professional Services/Agency Experience Preferred
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Scrum Master Certification a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills

Day to day

Lead teams to high performance using servant-leadership principles.
Remove impediments and facilitate burndown, increasing team velocity over time.
Ensure team adopts and practices Scrum, striving for continual improvement.
