Who you are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or similar field
  • Graduating between December 2024 and May 2025
  • Available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - July 2025
  • Obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.

Desirables

  • Greenbelt/DFSS certified
  • Ability to work freely
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Mechanical Engineering experience
  • Eagerness for hands-on work
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Good knowledge of mechanical industry
  • Cause identification/FMEA experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP/HOS



What the job involves

  • The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is an undergraduate rotation program that develops future leaders in Integrated Supply Chain and Engineering.
  • The program includes job rotations through various functional jobs and locations to gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's end-to-end integrated supply chain and engineering roles.
  • These rotations will expose the candidate to customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, making processes more efficient, driving production plans, and improving product quality.
