  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the online casino industry
  • Established relationships within the affiliation network in the iGaming world
  • Possess excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Be a seasoned negotiator with a win-win mindset
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and be an 'outside the box' thinker
  • Have good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work within a multicultural environment


What the job involves

  • Develop, implement, and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strategically evaluate and report results of the overall operations regularly
  • Build and develop relationships with assigned affiliate partners
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts
  • Attend conferences and trade shows, build relationships with key affiliates
  • Manage relationships with partners, streamers, affiliates, and providers
