Requirements
- Significant experience designing and selling tailor made holidays to Africa
- Extensive personal travel experience across Africa
- Ability to advise discerning travellers and manage complex itineraries
- Experience working collaboratively with suppliers and handling bookings from enquiry to completion
- Strong communication organisational and problem solving skills
- Commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail

Day to day
- Advise travellers as their trusted Africa specialist throughout the full journey lifecycle
- Design tailor made itineraries refine ideas discuss options make recommendations and manage reservations
- Liaise directly with camps lodges airlines and suppliers across Africa to coordinate smooth arrangements and resolve issues
- Maintain personal responsibility for each traveller from first enquiry until safe return home
