Requirements
- 3–7 years in a Solutions Engineer FDE or similar technical customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience with APIs and REST
- Python proficiency
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Experience configuring integrations with HRIS HCM or related enterprise systems
Nice to have
- HRIS/HCM integration experience
- RAG experience
- Agentic-workflow experience
- Modern AI tooling familiarity
Day to day
- Configure and deploy integrations across SSO SCIM and HRIS/HCM systems for customer environments.
- Gather technical requirements from customers and translate them into clear workflow designs and implementation plans.
- Build and optimize agentic HR workflows for policy administration employee support service delivery and HR operations while supporting first-line technical escalation.
