As a successful candidate you will be working in the IRIS Accountancy Solutions business unit delivering software for UK Accountancy practices.
You will be working with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to deliver feature enhancements and maintenance releases to our Practice Suite Accountancy product. A key aspect of the role will be coaching the team to facilitate Agile ways of working, optimize delivery and foster a generative culture
Responsibilities :Coach the team to optimise Agile delivery practicesFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives and demosCollaborate closely with the Product owner to ensure the team always has a well prepared and priortised backlog for upcoming sprintsHelp create a culture based on high cooperation, transparency, sharing risks and encouraging growthFoster cross-team coordinationProtect the team from outside interruptions and distractionsHelp define clear goals for the team
Experience :3+ years’ experience in Agile delivery acting as servant/leader, coaching and empowering Scrum teams Strong stakeholder management experience Strong understanding of Agile Scrum ceremonies and practicesGood understanding of the software development life cycle Track record of successful software delivery
