Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Agile development and Agile Project Management
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management preferred



What the job involves

  • Helping the scrum team work more effectively by identifying and eliminating impediments, leading daily stand-ups, backlog prioritisation meetings, and retrospectives
  • Guiding delivery teams and organization to use Agile/Scrum practices to delight customers
  • Measuring delivery efficiency through managing story points and burndown velocity, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution
  • Working with the Product Owner to ensure deliverability of the product Roadmap on Time and above customer expectations
  • Managing user story estimation and forecasting, coaching the team on Agile principles and best practices
  • Establishing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
