Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile development and Agile Project Management
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management preferred
What the job involves
- Helping the scrum team work more effectively by identifying and eliminating impediments, leading daily stand-ups, backlog prioritisation meetings, and retrospectives
- Guiding delivery teams and organization to use Agile/Scrum practices to delight customers
- Measuring delivery efficiency through managing story points and burndown velocity, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution
- Working with the Product Owner to ensure deliverability of the product Roadmap on Time and above customer expectations
- Managing user story estimation and forecasting, coaching the team on Agile principles and best practices
- Establishing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
