Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Mechatronics Electrical Engineering Computer Science Automation or a related field
- Basic understanding of robotics automation or logistics systems
- Familiarity with navigation sensors or basic networking
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and work in a team
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- EU driver’s license preferred

Day to day
- Assist with on-site installation, configuration, and testing of AMR and robotics systems under supervision
- Support integration with customer WMS MES ERP systems and help configure navigation maps charging points and basic interfaces
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware software network and navigation issues while documenting findings for R&D and product improvement
- Deliver customer and partner training prepare technical manuals and monitor fleet performance data to suggest basic operational improvements
- Collaborate with regional service teams global R&D logistics and local partners to support deployments across Europe
