Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Mechatronics Electrical Engineering Computer Science Automation or a related field
- Basic understanding of robotics automation or logistics systems
- Familiarity with navigation sensors or basic networking
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Fluent in Italian and Mandarin
- English is a plus
- EU driver’s license is preferred

Day to day
- Assist with on-site installation configuration and testing of AMR and robotics systems under supervision
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to diagnose hardware software and network issues
- Support customer training documentation and cross-functional collaboration to improve system performance and resolve problems
