Day to day
- Build and own the AI systems and data infrastructure that power Tern's product
- Create evaluation harnesses datasets and production monitoring to determine whether AI features are trustworthy and ready to ship
- Own end to end data pipelines modeling and reporting so advisor and agency business data is reliable and actionable
- Work closely with product squads to ship working software in production and continuously improve quality reliability and user outcomes
