Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in AI engineering automation engineering or related IT engineering discipline
- 3+ years designing and deploying virtual agents or conversational AI tools in production
- 2+ years using low-code and workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate ServiceNow Flow Designer or equivalent
- 2+ years supporting federal IT programs in HHS NIH FDA or other health-focused agencies
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation
- Must reside in the US be authorized to work in the US and work must be performed in the US

Day to day
- Design and build Tier Zero self-service tools that resolve incidents and requests with minimal human intervention
- Develop virtual agents chatbots and automated troubleshooting capabilities that improve end-user experience and reduce service desk workload
- Implement intelligent routing predictive maintenance and automation workflows across IT operations cloud platforms and integration layers
- Maintain knowledge repositories dashboards and runbooks while tracking performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
