Requirements
- Demonstrable copywriting or content strategy experience with a strong portfolio covering long and short form work
- Exceptional writing skills with a clear purposeful and adaptable style
- Strong structure storytelling and self editing skills
- Solid understanding of crypto and Web3 including Bitcoin DeFi NFTs and tokenomics
- Experience writing for or within Web3 products or companies
- Ability to tailor copy for technical and non technical audiences
- Awareness of regulatory and reputational sensitivities in crypto
- Hands on experience using AI writing tools professionally
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Clear editorial judgement for AI generated content
- Comfort working at pace and managing multiple briefs
- Collaborative proactive and self directed working style
- Genuine interest in the intersection of AI and creativity

Day to day
- Create high quality copy across long form and short form formats including articles product explainers whitepapers ads social posts emails and landing pages
- Translate complex crypto and Web3 ideas into clear compelling language for both crypto native audiences and newcomers
- Develop and protect a consistent brand voice while collaborating with product design and marketing teams on launches campaigns and growth initiatives
- Use AI writing tools to accelerate output while maintaining strong human editorial standards and support creative concepting review and editing
