Requirements
- On track for or recently achieved a degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline
- Practical experience with Python for data processing and or machine learning through study projects or internships
- Experience applying statistical methods to real datasets including incomplete noisy or ambiguous data
- Strong problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity about AI and data-driven business decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical work to non-technical audiences
- Track record of taking ownership and delivering results in academic projects internships or leadership roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing environment where precision and relevance matter
- Motivation to learn new tools and techniques quickly

Day to day
- Build and apply machine learning models to process large messy datasets and extract meaningful signals
- Apply statistical techniques to clean validate and structure data from multiple sources into decision-ready outputs
- Develop Python-based tools and scripts to automate repetitive data processing reporting and insight delivery
- Translate technical findings into clear non-technical summaries for colleagues and clients
- Continuously test evaluate and improve model performance data pipelines and new AI tools
