Requirements
- 3+ years in e-commerce compliance regulatory affairs or marketplace operations
- Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central compliance workflow experience
- Knowledge of US consumer product regulations including CPSIA Prop 65 FTC advertising guidelines and FDA cosmetic rules
- Hands-on experience with VAT EPR and customs compliance for cross-border e-commerce
- EU and UK compliance experience required
- Strong understanding of multi-geo product labeling requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with consumer products in beauty personal care health or wellness is a plus

Day to day
- Monitor and maintain Amazon US listing compliance including restricted products category rules and claims validation
- Own compliance escalations with Amazon and resolve listing suppressions ASIN flags and policy violations
- Lead international compliance across UK EU CA JP AU MX marketplaces and manage VAT EPR labeling customs and import requirements
- Review packaging artwork labels and customer-facing content to ensure products meet regulatory and Amazon standards before launch
- Partner across legal supply chain catalog advertising and creative teams to build SOPs training materials and launch-ready compliance support
