8+ years of relevant working experience in communications and/or within the startup community
Strong track record building creative storytelling communications campaigns from scratch
Experience collaborating effectively with policy teams, sales leads, and other senior executives

What the job involves
The Americas Communications role will focus on elevating stories of our startup and SMB users to demonstrate how Stripe enables economic growth.
This role will help tease out novel economic and industry insights from Stripe users to tell stories about how pockets of the economy are changing or evolving.
This role will also highlight unique stories about startup/SMBs to demonstrate the impact Stripe is having for entrepreneurs across the Americas.
This role would also lead communications around Stripe Atlas.
This communicator should be passionate about uncovering and empowering upstarts, as they develop stories about how Stripe is advancing economic opportunities for entrepreneurs and increasing the GDP of the internet.
