Remote Analog/CMOS Circuit Design Engineer Job in United States Glow Networks

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in analog mixed-signal layout design and 3+ years on advanced nodes including FinFET
• Experience with analog mixed-signal IP such as SERDES PHY transmitter and PLL
• Experience leading complex layout macros from floorplan analysis to physical design verification
• Proficiency in CAD flows and tools for analog mixed-signal layout design
• Understanding of well-matched low noise and low power analog blocks
• Knowledge of IR drop RC delay electro-migration and coupling capacitance issues
• Experience with CALIBRE DRC ERC LVS reports
• Proficiency with CADENCE or MENTOR GRAPHICS layout tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with remote teams

Desirables

• High proficiency in CALIBRE tools
• Experience with FinFET technologies
• Expertise in DFM methodologies
• Understanding of heating systems

What the job involves

• Completing complex layout for analog/mixed-signal circuits in deep submicron CMOS technologies
• Collaborating with circuit designers or Layout-Leads to plan schedule and negotiate layout trade-offs
• Reviewing and analyzing floorplans and complex circuits
• Running design verification tools on AMS blocks
• Interpreting LVS DRC and ERC reports for layout completion
• Utilizing CAD tools to deliver robust layouts meeting matching performance area and power requirements
