Remote Analyst, Compliance Job in United States Gemini

Who you are

• Conduct first-level assessments of fiat and virtual currency Transaction Monitoring Alerts
• Work closely with Compliance Data and Technology team for ongoing tuning of Transaction Monitoring System
• Gather additional customer information through outreach
• Balance numerous projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in ad-hoc remediation or business specific projects including examinations or external audits
• BA/BS degree or international equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant work experience within financial services, digital assets, or management consulting focusing on financial crime or compliance
• Comfort with technology and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Substantial writing skills and ability to articulate effectively to senior management
• Fluency in English

Desirables

• Advanced degree or certifications
• Understanding of AML/BSA/Sanctions regulations
• Familiarity with virtual currencies or blockchain tracing tools
• Familiarity with Google Suite Applications
• Intermediate-level expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Adaptability to changing environment
