Day to day
- Host recurring in-person and online events to educate the community about our app - including live streams Q&A sessions and in-person community pop-ups
- Leverage their own social media community as well as our Fit:match audience to promote in-person and virtual events
- Build and maintain relationships with our online community through active engagement on B2C social media platforms (Instagram TikTok etc.)
- Respond to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Foster a positive and inclusive online environment encouraging community interaction and participation
- Assist in developing and curating engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with Fit:match’s brand voice
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to create relevant content
