Requirements
- Strong experience in multi-axis CNC CAM programming
- Hands-on experience with Mastercam and/or Siemens NX
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Application Engineer Customer Success Onboarding or Technical Support
- Deep understanding of machining processes including milling turning tooling feeds and speeds and machining strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize real production parts
- US citizenship or Green Card required for GovCloud and ITAR-regulated infrastructure

Day to day
- Lead customer onboarding and guide new customers through implementation, setup, and first value
- Provide hands-on technical support to CNC programmers by optimizing toolpaths, strategies, and workflows within existing CAM environments
- Troubleshoot production issues deliver demos and POCs and translate complex machining challenges into practical solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to share structured customer feedback and improve the AI co-pilot platform
