Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or 7+ years equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years in manufacturing or metal-cutting industries
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Experience with Fanuc Siemens Heidenhain or other CNC controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and competing priorities
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% including occasional international travel

Day to day
- Build and configure Vericut post processors and machine configuration files to produce accurate CNC output for customer environments
- Troubleshoot customer issues and advise on machining results through help desk support and on-site visits
- Deliver training and manage customer-facing projects while coordinating with Development Support Marketing and Sales
