Remote Application Integration Analyst Job in UK Clarion Housing Group

Who you are

• Deliver change in a highly integrated complex technical environment
• Design and implement new solutions with guidance from technical leads and integration manager
• Support integration solutions using technologies and protocols such as ESB, API, SOA, REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Azure integration services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services
• Troubleshooting Function Apps, Web Services, Logic Apps, workflows, and D365 Common data model
• Troubleshoot C# and/or JavaScript (TypeScript)
• Competence with SQL (preferably T-SQL)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

What the job involves

• Maintain upgrade and support integrations between enterprise systems and applications, including some 3rd parties, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
• Log, triage, and resolve 3rd line escalations, keeping customers informed and ensuring systems are up to date with supplier releases
• Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features in updates, ensuring change is managed safely by following our change and release process
