Requirements
- Deliver change in a highly integrated complex technical environment
- Design and implement new solutions with guidance from technical leads and integration manager
- Support integration solutions using technologies and protocols such as ESB, API, SOA, REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Azure integration services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services
- Troubleshooting Function Apps, Web Services, Logic Apps, workflows, and D365 Common data model
- Troubleshoot C# and/or JavaScript (TypeScript)
- Competence with SQL (preferably T-SQL)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

Day to day
- Maintain upgrade and support integrations between enterprise systems and applications, including some 3rd parties, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
- Log, triage, and resolve 3rd line escalations, keeping customers informed and ensuring systems are up to date with supplier releases
- Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features in updates, ensuring change is managed safely by following our change and release process
