What the job involves
- Manage internal and 3rd party IT application support services in EMEA APAC regions
- Ensure efficient & effective delivery of IT applications by outsourced service providers
- Coordinate service delivery application outages, incidents, and root cause analysis findings
- Work closely with regional IT and business stakeholders to understand their application support needs
- Shared responsibility for managing, monitoring, and prioritizing Business Unit application enhancement requests
