Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience working in a solutions sales, solutions architecture, or agile transformation consulting role
  • 2+ years of experience focused on modern application delivery frameworks and platforms like Kubernetes and Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, Jenkins, Apache Spark, MongoDB, etc.
  • Background in consultative customer engagement with a consulting or technology company or organization
  • Technical experience with enterprise middleware and container technologies
  • Understanding of and experience with agile methodologies and organizational and IT transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executives at large companies
  • Ability to sell solutions in a multiproduct environment
  • Proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams and achieve success for customers
  • Ability to maintain a balance of strategic and tactical skills



What the job involves

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Central Sales team to strategize and drive the technology modernization within specific accounts
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements
  • Showcase Red Hat's technical solutions and manage the sales process from initiation to decision and procurement
  • Advocate for Red Hat's cloud platform technologies and guide customers through agile transformation
  • Build trust with senior IT and business leaders to establish long-term partnerships
