Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare IT or equivalent
  • Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in executing ITIL-aligned service management processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience in managing application support and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently
  • Participation in on-call rotation for 24x7 critical application support



What the job involves

  • The Application Support Analyst provides advanced support for clinical and business applications.
  • Respond to support requests and incidents within SLAs, ensuring high-level customer service and communication.
  • Manage application and team documentation through proper document management lifecycles and maintain relationships with software vendors.
  • Plan and execute application upgrades, achieve necessary certifications, and participate in smaller analyst-led projects.
  • Gain proficiency in clinical and business workflows, develop and maintain architecture documentation, and participate in the entire application lifecycle, including implementations, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Work independently or request help when needed, escalate appropriately after due diligence.
