Who you are
- 1+ Year Experience
- A valid work permit is necessary in the US/Canada
- Superior customer service skills
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues using database log files
- Experience with application support and issue resolution
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot C# code and stored procedures
What the job involves
- Perform QA functions for issue resolution from support calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and create datasets to analyze issues reported by customers
- Track and document customer issues in the ticketing system, diagnose and communicate issues to the appropriate team
- Implement and improve remote monitoring tools for customer systems, facilitate relationships with customers and internal resources
- Perform visits to customer sites for preventative maintenance and increase system stability
