- 6+ years of hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level Dynatrace administration monitoring configuration and performance optimization skills
- Experience implementing Real User Monitoring for web and mobile applications
- Strong experience creating Dynatrace dashboards custom metrics and Davis AI alerting
- Experience monitoring distributed applications and microservices architectures
- Experience integrating Dynatrace with PagerDuty for incident management
- Hands-on experience working within Google Cloud Platform environments
- Experience monitoring frontend applications and backend services in cloud-native environments
- Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis skills

Day to day
- Lead the implementation and administration of Dynatrace across enterprise healthcare applications and services.
- Design and deploy end-to-end observability for web mobile and backend microservices with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Create dashboards alerting and monitoring standards that improve incident detection user experience and operational visibility.
- Integrate monitoring with PagerDuty and Google Cloud Platform to support automated response and continuous improvement.
