Requirements
- 5+ years supporting mission-critical production applications
- Strong knowledge of Linux server operating systems
- Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
- Demonstrated incident management and technical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of escalation procedures and SLA-driven environments
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ownership-driven mindset
- Willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally

Day to day
- Support production and demo trading environments to ensure high availability and stable performance
- Monitor and execute daily operational processing including scheduling settlement and end-of-day procedures
- Triage incidents troubleshoot issues drive escalations and support root cause analysis with cross-functional teams
- Assist with releases upgrades validation documentation and automation to improve operational workflows
