• Strong knowledge of software development and troubleshooting concepts
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support to clients
• Experience with database systems and SQL is a plus

What the job involves

• Provide technical support and maintenance for our software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to the functionality and usage of our software
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software issues
• Respond to client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Document and track client issues and resolutions
• Conduct training sessions for clients as needed to ensure proper usage and understanding of our software
• Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features to effectively support clients
• Assist in the testing and implementation of software updates and enhancements
