Requirements

Day to day
- Provide technical support and maintenance for our software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to the functionality and usage of our software
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software issues
- Respond to client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Document and track client issues and resolutions
- Conduct training sessions for clients as needed to ensure proper usage and understanding of our software
- Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features to effectively support clients
- Assist in the testing and implementation of software updates and enhancements
