Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science MIS or related technical field
- Required minimum 3 years application support or similar technical role
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications preferably in financial services
- 2+ years with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Remedy or similar
- 2+ years supporting Java applications such as Tomcat or JBoss or .Net stack
- 2+ years of on-call support on a rotation basis providing 24x7 support
- 2+ years of SQL experience including queries joins and stored procedures
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in future
- Experience with AWS and Splunk or other APM tool
- Proficiency in ITIL processes

Day to day
- Provide L2 and L3 support for production applications, monitoring alerts and resolving incidents quickly to reduce downtime.
- Perform proactive health checks and system monitoring across AWS-hosted applications and supporting infrastructure.
- Investigate data discrepancies, write advanced SQL queries, and collaborate with technical teams to improve stability and performance.
- Create clear knowledge base articles, runbooks, and incident documentation while supporting on-call issue resolution and root cause analysis.
