Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of automation industry experience preferably with technical proposals costing and scope
- Experience in Quoting Sales and Customer Interaction preferred
- Ability to read mechanical design drawings and customer part prints
- Ability to develop basic CAD concepts
- Understanding of Electrical and Pneumatic controls architecture preferred
- Strong communication skills for internal teams customers and vendor partners
- Ability to design and estimate complete systems
- Recognize cost factors including timelines materials labor and tooling

Day to day
- Develop three or more project opportunities daily by engaging customers and visiting manufacturing sites across North America to uncover challenges and identify automation opportunities.
- Conceptualize custom automation solutions using smart industrial robots and translate concepts into practical plans for execution.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals that clearly define scope costing schedule and performance criteria while supporting sales technical alignment and internal design teams.
