Day to day
- Maintain and expand sales within your account portfolio aiming to increase the range of products sold to each account
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to enhance market penetration
- Develop expertise in products and services becoming a trusted specialist who supports customers with in-depth knowledge and adherence to company values
- Strive to meet and exceed company team and individual KPIs
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities and perform all assigned duties professionally
- Actively contribute to a team-based sales approach supporting colleagues with opportunities and seeking assistance from the sales team when necessary ensuring the best resource is utilised to secure sales
- Champion the brand
