What the job involves

• Develop and implement local sales activities to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
• Focus on penetrating key end user and distributor partner accounts to develop sales and brand loyalty.
• Spend significant time on the road, driving end user conversions to the Unigloves brand and back selling via chosen distribution partners.
• Provide comprehensive product training for distributors and accompany their sales teams on joint visits.
• Manage the area sales budget effectively and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.
